Every step, in detail
What actually happens at each stage
Timelines below are honest ranges, not promises — a couple of them genuinely depend on things outside our control, like your passport.
Step 1Free online consultation
A specialist reviews whatever you can share — recent reports, scans, or even a photo of a prescription — and gets on a video call to talk through your case honestly, including whether coming to India is actually the right call for you.
Usually within 24 hours of your first messageStep 2Your plan & written price
Once a partner surgeon reviews your case, you get a written treatment plan naming the hospital, the surgeon, and a starting price for the procedure itself — confirmed before you commit to anything or pay a deposit.
Typically 1–3 days after your consultationStep 3Visa & travel
We prepare your medical visa invitation letter, guide you through the application, and book flights once it's confirmed. This is the one step we genuinely can't put a fixed number on — some nationalities get an e-visa in days, others need an embassy appointment that takes longer. We'll tell you your exact timeline as soon as we know your passport country.
Varies by nationality — no fixed number here, on purposeStep 4Airport pickup
Your care manager or a trusted local partner meets you at arrivals, handles the transfer to your hospital or hotel, and gets you settled — a familiar face before anything else happens.
The moment you land, every timeStep 5Treatment
Your surgeon and hospital team carry out the procedure. Your care manager stays involved throughout — translating, updating family back home, and making sure you always know what's happening next.
Depends on your procedure — see typical stay length on your treatment pageStep 6Recovery & stay
Comfortable accommodation, an interpreter, and time to heal properly before you fly — with regular check-ins from your care manager, not just a hospital discharge and a wave goodbye.
From a few days to a few weeks, depending on the procedureStep 7Flight home
Once your surgeon clears you to fly, we confirm you're fit to travel, help rebook if recovery needs a little more time, and see you off at the airport.
Only once your surgeon says you're ready — never rushedStep 8Aftercare at home
This is where almost every other service stops. We don't — your care manager arranges follow-up video consultations with your surgeon and stays reachable on WhatsApp if anything comes up after you're back.
Ongoing, for as long as you need it

What to expect
What happens after you go home?
This is where almost every other service stops. We don’t. Your care manager arranges follow-up consultations in your own country and stays in touch through your recovery.
Questions about the process
Before you start
How long does the whole process take?
From your first message to a confirmed written plan usually takes 2-4 days. After that, the biggest variable is your visa — some nationalities get an e-visa in days, others need an embassy appointment that takes longer — so we give you your exact timeline once we know your passport country, rather than a generic estimate that might not hold true for you.
Why won't you give me a fixed visa timeline?
Because it genuinely depends on your nationality, and giving everyone the same number would mean it's wrong for most people. Some passports qualify for an e-visa approved in a few days; others require an in-person embassy appointment that can take a few weeks. We'll tell you exactly what to expect for your country as soon as we know it.
What do I need to send to get started?
Whatever you have — recent reports, scans, or even a photo of a prescription. A specialist can usually give useful guidance from partial records and will tell you if more tests are needed.
Can I switch from Essentials to the full concierge later?
Yes. Many patients start with a free consultation and decide on their support level once they've seen their written plan and price.
Who do I talk to once I've booked?
Your dedicated care manager, by name, reachable on WhatsApp — the same person from your first consultation through your aftercare follow-up.
