Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any coordination service IndiHeals provides. The most important thing on this page is the first section — please read at least that one.
We are a facilitator, not a healthcare provider
IndiHeals does not provide medical treatment, does not employ doctors, and does not operate hospitals.
We coordinate. We help you find and reach accredited hospitals in India, arrange quotes, help with visa paperwork and travel, and support you through recovery and aftercare.
Your medical care is provided by an independent hospital and its clinicians. The clinical relationship — and clinical responsibility — is between you and that provider, not between you and us. Decisions about your diagnosis, treatment and surgery are made by them, with you.
We do not give medical advice
Nothing on this site or in our messages is medical advice. Our team are coordinators, not clinicians. See our Medical Disclaimer for the detail.
No guaranteed outcomes
We cannot and do not promise any medical result. No treatment is risk-free, outcomes differ from person to person, and complications are possible even with excellent care.
Any timeline we give you — recovery length, hospital stay, when you can fly — is an estimate based on typical cases. Your clinicians decide what is right for you, and their judgement overrides anything we have estimated.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting ranges, published so you can plan. They are not offers and not binding.
Your actual price is set by the treating hospital after they review your case, and can change if your clinical situation turns out to be different from what was expected. Where a price on this site comes from published market rates rather than our own negotiated rates, we say so on the page.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, quoted treatment costs do not include flights, visa fees, accommodation, or our concierge services.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
[[ENTIRE SECTION NEEDS COUNSEL + A REAL COMMERCIAL MODEL. No payment flow exists on this site yet. Before taking any money, define: what we charge and when, what is paid to us vs. direct to the hospital, deposit terms, cancellation windows, refund conditions, and what happens if a hospital cancels or a visa is refused.]]
At present this website does not take payments. Any fees will be agreed with you in writing before anything is due.
What we ask of you
- Give us accurate medical and personal information — your safety depends on it
- Tell us promptly if your condition or circumstances change
- Understand that final decisions about your care rest with you and your clinicians
- Do not use this site to send us anything unlawful
Limits on our liability
We are responsible for the coordination services we agree to provide, and we take that seriously. We are not liable for the clinical care itself — that lies with the treating hospital and clinicians.
We are also not liable for things genuinely outside our control, such as visa refusals by a government, flight disruption, or a hospital changing its own scheduling.
[[LIABILITY CAP + EXCLUSIONS TO BE DRAFTED BY COUNSEL. Nothing here should exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights). Confirm E&O / professional indemnity cover is in place before scaling past pilot volume — MASTER_PLAN §1 flags this too.]]
Third-party sites and hospitals
We may link to hospital sites or other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices.
Governing law and disputes
[[GOVERNING LAW + JURISDICTION + DISPUTE PROCESS — needs counsel, and depends on where the entity is incorporated. Note patients will be consumers in other countries, whose local consumer protections may apply regardless of what we specify here.]]
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].
